Refund & Pre-booking Policy
This policy explains how AyuBand pre-booking amounts, cancellations, refunds, and launch updates are handled. We aim to keep this simple, fair, and transparent.
AyuBand is a pre-launch AI-enabled screenless performance wearable being developed by Agnistoka Technology Pvt. Ltd. We may allow interested users to place a pre-booking before the official product launch.
This Refund & Pre-booking Policy governs how pre-booking amounts, cancellations, and refunds are handled. We believe in being upfront and fair with our early supporters, and this policy reflects that intent.
Pre-booking an AyuBand is an early interest reservation - it is a way to signal support, secure priority access, and lock in your preferred color variant. It is not a final confirmed purchase order unless officially confirmed through launch-stage documentation.
Users who choose to pre-book AyuBand may be asked to pay one of the following early reservation amounts:
- ₹5499 - Standard AyuBand early access pre-booking
- ₹8499 - Priority AyuBand supporter pre-booking
The pre-booking amount may be:
- Adjusted against the final product purchase price at launch
- Converted into early supporter benefits, discounts, or exclusive access as communicated
- Handled in any other way officially communicated at the time of launch
We aim to make the refund process fair and transparent. The following situations may qualify for a refund:
In addition to the conditions listed in Section 04, refunds will generally not be processed in the following situations:
- The user simply changed their mind after the launch confirmation period has closed
- The user placed multiple pre-bookings and only wishes to cancel some without valid reason
- The pre-booking was placed using a third party's payment method without their consent
- The refund request is submitted after 90 days from the date of pre-booking without a valid documented reason

Once received, we will review your request and respond with a decision and next steps within 5–7 working days of receiving complete information.
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method used for the pre-booking.
Please note that working days exclude Sundays and public holidays in India. If you do not see the refund after 14 working days from the approval notification, please contact us with your payment reference ID.
Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, GST, or platform-specific charges applied at the time of pre-booking may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable, depending on the payment provider's policies.
We will clearly communicate any such deductions in the refund approval notification, where applicable, before processing the refund.
AyuBand is in active development. As is normal for hardware and deep-tech products, timelines, specifications, features, design, color variants, and pricing may change between the pre-booking stage and the final launch.
- Pre-booking members will be proactively updated about material changes via email and WhatsApp
- In the event of a significant launch delay beyond the communicated timeline, pre-booking members will be given the option to continue with the updated timeline or request a refund
- Changes to product features or design will not automatically trigger a refund, but members may request one during the official update period following any major announcement
AyuBand and Agnistoka Technology Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to cancel pre-bookings in the following circumstances:
- Suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially abusive pre-booking activity is detected
- Duplicate or multiple submissions from the same user are identified
- Incomplete or unverifiable user information prevents booking processing
- Payment verification fails or is disputed by the payment gateway
- AyuBand discontinues the pre-booking program for any operational or development reason
Where AyuBand cancels a pre-booking for any reason other than fraud or misuse, the applicable pre-booking amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the standard refund timeline.
Pre-booking an AyuBand does not guarantee a fixed delivery date, delivery slot, or specific availability window.
We are committed to keeping our early supporters informed, and will provide regular updates as we move toward launch.
