By accessing or using the AyuBand website, joining the waitlist, submitting any form, or placing a pre-booking request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or submit any forms. These terms apply to all visitors, waitlist members, pre-booking users, and anyone who interacts with AyuBand digital services.

AyuBand is a pre-launch AI-enabled screenless wellness and performance wearable being developed by Agnistoka Technology Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India.

AyuBand is designed for wellness, performance intelligence, and lifestyle use - including hydration awareness, mental focus tracking, stress and recovery insights, sleep quality monitoring, and daily readiness scoring.

The product is currently at the prototype and MVP development and validation stage. It has not yet been commercially launched.

AyuBand insights, scores, and recommendations are performance and wellness indicators - they are not clinical readings, medical diagnoses, or substitutes for professional healthcare advice.

Always consult a qualified and licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns, symptoms, or health decisions. Do not rely on AyuBand data for medical purposes.

AyuBand is in active development. The following may change before or after the official product launch:

• Product design, form factor, and physical specifications
• Features, intelligence capabilities, and app experience
• Color variants and strap options
• Final retail pricing and subscription plans
• Launch timeline and regional availability
• Technical specifications and sensor configuration

Joining the AyuBand waitlist is free. By joining, you agree to receive product updates, launch communications, and related information from AyuBand.

You may unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by contacting us at the email provided below.

Pre-booking an AyuBand is an expression of early interest and support. It is not a final confirmed purchase order unless explicitly stated in official launch-stage communications.

Pre-booking may entitle you to priority access, launch notifications, early supporter benefits, and the opportunity to lock in a preferred color variant - subject to availability and final launch terms communicated at the time of launch.

Pre-booking payments, where applicable, are processed through regulated third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment gateway provider.

• You must provide accurate and complete payment and contact information
• AyuBand does not store full card, UPI, or banking credentials on its own servers
• Payment gateway fees, taxes, or transaction charges may apply
• Refund eligibility is governed by the AyuBand Refund & Pre-booking Policy

By using AyuBand website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information in all forms
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Not attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, clone, or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
• Not misuse forms, payment systems, or communication channels
• Not impersonate AyuBand, Agnistoka Technology, or any other person or entity
• Not use the website for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose

We reserve the right to cancel pre-bookings, block access, and take appropriate action in cases of misuse, fraud, or abuse.

All content, assets, and materials on the AyuBand website are owned by or licensed to Agnistoka Technology Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The AyuBand brand name, logo, and all brand identity elements
• Website UI design, layout, graphics, and visual language
• Product concept visuals, renders, and placeholder imagery
• Written content, descriptions, and marketing copy
• All technology direction and product concept materials

You must not attempt to:

• Copy, clone, or reproduce the AyuBand product concept, brand, or website design
• Reverse engineer the technology direction, product positioning, or brand strategy
• Extract, scrape, or harvest data from the website using automated tools
• Use AyuBand brand assets, product ideas, or content for any competing or commercial purpose
• Exploit any vulnerabilities in the website or related services

Violation of this clause may result in legal action under applicable Indian and international intellectual property and cybercrime laws.

The AyuBand website uses third-party services including payment gateways, analytics platforms, email service providers, cloud hosting, and form management tools. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

AyuBand is not responsible for the practices, terms, or content of third-party service providers. We encourage you to review their individual policies where relevant.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AyuBand and Agnistoka Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses
• Delays or interruptions in website availability
• Third-party service failures, including payment gateway issues
• Decisions made by users based on wellness insights from the AyuBand product or app
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from website use
• Changes to product features, pricing, or launch timelines

AyuBand reserves the right to modify, pause, update, or discontinue any part of the website, product information, waitlist, pre-booking services, or digital offerings at any time - with or without prior notice.

We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability or changes to services during the pre-launch development period.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable consumer protection regulations.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable courts in India, as determined in the final legal version of these terms. Users from other jurisdictions should be aware that Indian law will govern their use of AyuBand services.
